STARS Clinic-3-1-17

Hi STARS: What a beautiful day we had for our 8th STARS Clinic. 54 Seniors took part and snow conditions were fabulous. We welcomed 11 NEW Seniors to our family and all of them had smiles on their face at noon.

We had a clinic on what you should eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner when you are skiing or riding. Also we stressed to make sure you drink lots of water during your day.
