Hi STARS,
What a busy day we had in our 8th Clinic of the season. We welcome 51 Seniors today and 4 NEW seniors to the STARS Family.
Seniors were welcomed with morning coffee and refreshments this morning sponsored by Michele Roy, CMA, CFO Senior Vice President of Mountain High Resort. As we were checking in the seniors to our program everyone had the opportunity to Demo Atomic and Salomon skis from the State Rep Dean Kease. Also assisting him was Steve Crane the owner of Sports LTD where Seniors can purchase these skis at a STARS discount. A BIG THANK YOU goes to Dean and Steve in bringing Atomic and Salomon skis to our STARS Program.
After our group photo at 9:30 am we hit the snow and what I saw today were happy Seniors and instructors. When STARS are safe and having fun, it makes teaching so much easier.
It was a beautiful day with blue skies and it did warm up to 58 degree by noon but the snow was just right to test those 2023 demo skis and receive great coaching from our Senior STARS instructors.
Next clinic will be March 9th at the West Resort. With NEW snow coming Friday into Saturday of this week we will be able to add to our total of 16-45 inches of snow. This snow should bring us around 6-8 inches of NEW snow so you can see that next Wednesday will be a great day to ski and ride in the STARS Program.
9th STARS Clinic will be Wednesday, March 9th! Remember to purchase you lesson by Monday night as we were sold out again for the 8th week in a row.
