STARS 3/27/13

Our last Senior STARS Clinic was a great time for all. We had 38 Seniors take part in our 12th Clinic of the Season. Even though the snow was not the BEST we had a great time especially at the luncheon. There were 55-60 of us celebrating a fabulous season sponsored by Food and Beverage Department. What is really amazing this is the 4th year of our program and we are averaging 52 Seniors each week. Just think where we will be after next year, 65?

A BIG THANK YOU to all the Seniors and Instructors surprising me with a token of their appreciation. I am very humbled and honored to be a part of this remarkable team.

Reminder STARS 12 Clinic 3/23/13

 Hi STARS:

Reminder for our 12^th STARS Clinic of the season. This will be our last STARS clinic and I hope you will join us for a great day and celebration! After the clinic we will have our Thank YOU luncheon for you, Senior STARS.

Please RSVP by Saturday so I can give an accurate count of those who will be attending the luncheon.

This season has been the BEST so far as we have just finished our 4th year. We are averaging 54 Seniors each week and I can speak for all our instructors that we had a super time working with each and everyone of you during these past 12 weeks. The comments you have given me on your evaluation are going to continue to move our program forward for the 2014 season.

If you have not given me your evaluation on something to “glow on” and something to “grow on” please do so with your RSVP.

STARS - 3/20/13

Hi STARS:

What a tremendous day we had in our 11th clinic of the season for the Senior Program STARS. 39 Seniors participated in our clinic and we had cloudy skies and spring snow. Next Wednesday, March 27th will be our final clinic of the year. You will not want to miss out on this one! We will have a luncheon catered to a Mexican theme with tostadas, soft tacos, beans, rice, salad and flan. Beverages will be provided as well. Make sure you make the 12th STARS Clinic next Wednesday at Mountain High. 

Please RSVP by Saturday so I can give our Food and Beverage a count for the luncheon.

Reminder for STARS Clinic 3/20/13

Hi STARS:

Just a reminder for our 11 Clinic of the Senior STARS Program on Wednesday, March 20^th at the West Resort.  We have had a great time these past 2 ½ months making sure you are safe, having fun and that have you learned to make better turns.  We want YOU to have a great time this Wednesday too so make sure you RSVP by Tuesday.

It has been warm up here this week but we expect a cooling pattern to begin on Monday so we will have good snow on your next Senior STARS Clinic.

Please check out our retail store inside the Big Pines Lodge, as there are soft goods already on sale up to 40% off.. You can receive great deals for you and your family. Don’t miss out!!

We also have some High End Shape Skis in our rental department so if you want to try some great skis to make your experience better on the snow, rent them on our next clinic.

Special thanks for the evaluations that you have sent in during the past two weeks. If you have not sent in your evaluation, please do by this week because I will be compiling the results prior to our last clinic on March 27^th.

Please give us 1 thing we can “glow on”, and one thing we need to “grow on”. .

STARS Clinic 3/13/13

Hi STARS: Can you believe the day we had today! 54 Seniors participated in our 10 clinic of the season. We had the great opportunity in meeting 5 NEW Seniors to our group. Beautiful blue skies and lots of sun greeted the 54 Seniors and Instructors as the snow was soft but FUN!! A lot of smiles were observed by everyone and a lot of positive comments from the staff around the mountain as they coined today and every Wednesday as "Senior STARS Day". I could not be more agreeable as all of you are STARS!!

Don't forget to get your evaluation to me by March 20th. Remember our last STARS Clinic will be March 27th and we will have a terrific luncheon for you and maybe some fun as well.

Remember our 11 STARS Clinic will be Wednesday, March 20th and I hope to see you then.
