Monday Update

Good Morning STARS,

We have some important updates for our upcoming 7th Senior Program at the West Resort this Wednesday, March 6th. Please read through carefully:

1. **Parking Pass**: A parking pass is attached for your convenience.

2. **Snow Conditions**: Currently, we have 28-36 inches of snow on the mountain, ensuring excellent coverage for our program. Get ready for a fantastic day! Anticipate great conditions with cloudy skies in the morning and temperatures hovering around the mid 40s. It's shaping up to be an ideal day for some quality skiing and riding.

3. **Start Time**: Please be punctual! Our lessons kick off sharply at 9:30 am. Arriving late means missing out on valuable lesson time. Instructors will be on the move from the start, so ensure you're checked in and ready to go on time.

4. **Atomic Demo Day**: Today, we have an exciting Atomic Demo Day happening at our meeting area. Look out for the Atomic E-Z-UP to try out some skis. Remember to bring your driver’s license. Starting at 8:15 am, you can get fitted for the ski you want to demo. After the mountain opens, with your instructor, take a few laps with the ski before returning it, so others can enjoy the experience too. We have various sizes and types of skis available, including All Mountain, Slalom, and Freestyle. Feel free to ask questions to the Atomic representative, Dean Kease, and Sports LTD owner, Steve Crane.

5. **Group Flexibility**: Your ski and snowboard groups are adaptable. If you feel the need to adjust your pace, whether faster or slower, please communicate with your instructor or myself. We're here to ensure you have the best experience possible.

6. **Payment Reminder**: Don’t forget to pay online using the following link: http://www.mthigh.com/seniors

It's essential to purchase your spot by Monday, as we tend to sell out each week.

Looking forward to hitting the slopes with you on Wednesday!

Ski you then,

Bill

Reminder STARS Clinic

 Good Afternoon STARS,

Just a friendly Friday reminder about our 7th STARS clinic of the season, happening on Wednesday, March 6th, at the West Resort.

With a substantial 24-40 inches of snow, conditions are prime for an excellent day on the slopes.  We could receive 6-12 inches of snow Saturday into Sunday morning as well. It looks like we'll be cruising on corduroy during our clinic. Expect temperatures in the low 40s, so remember to bundle up for another fantastic day of riding.

To ensure your spot in the STARS program for next Wednesday, March 6th, make sure to purchase your ticket Monday morning. Tickets have been selling out each week, so securing yours early is crucial.

For new seniors joining our program, simply take the Bullwheel Express (moving carpet) up to the Ski School area at the Reservation Center outside the Bullwheel Grill. I'll be there for check-in from 8:15 am to 9:00 am. Also, don't forget to fill out a lesson liability form, which covers you for the remainder of the season in STARS.

A heads up that our Spring Season Pass sale starts Friday, March 9th. A new season pass can be used for both the current season and the next, priced at $549. Renew your season pass for $499, and remember, those aged 75 and over Senior Season Pass for $10. If you have a Senior Season Pass now you are grandfather in for $10.  Pass prices will increase after April 30th

Lastly, don't miss out on Atomic Demo Day this Wednesday, March 6th, starting at 8:30 am. Make sure you bring your drivers license so you can test out skis.

Ski you on Wednesday!

Bill

Thank You STARS

 Hello STARS

What a fantastic day we had at our 6th STARS Clinic of the season! With 65 Seniors enjoying the warm sunshine and spring snow, it was truly a memorable experience. Once again, we're thrilled to announce that we sold out for the 5th consecutive clinic.

A warm welcome to the 8 NEW Seniors who joined our program! After a few introductory words, we wasted no time hitting the slopes. It was heartening to see all our Seniors smiling amidst the wonderful winter conditions today. Those who came out to ski and ride with STARS surely weren't disappointed.

Looking ahead, we're hopeful for some fresh snowfall (6-12 inches) this weekend to enhance our already excellent coverage on the slopes.

Skiers, remember to prioritize safety by getting your bindings checked each season. Your safety on the mountain and in our STARS clinic is paramount.

For evaluation, we invite you to share your feedback through our Glow and Grow initiative. Please email us with one thing we do well and one area where we can improve. Your input is invaluable to us.

Mark your calendars for our upcoming events:
- Next clinic: March 6th (reminder will be sent Friday night)
- Atomic Demo Day: March 6th
- Senior STARS Luncheon: Wednesday, March 20th (More information forthcoming in the next week or two)

Wishing you all a fantastic rest of the week! Kindly purchase your tickets online at your earliest convenience for next Wednesday’s clinic.

Ski you on Wednesday,

Bill
