Reminder STARS Clinic January 18th

Reminder for our 1st Senior STARS Clinic on Wednesday, January 18th. We will be at the West Resort and the temperature will be in the mid 40’s. We have 12 to 24 inches of snow and conditions are very good. Looks like Monday and Tuesday we should be receiving more snow so Wednesday should be great!. 

Last week we canceled our clinic due to conditions that were not suitable to have a seniors clinic. We always look at the safety first and we want all of you to be safe and due to the two days of rain we did not want anyone to have an accident.

Mt High Audit sent each Senior who purchased for 1/11/.23 an email and in that email asked you to respond with the date you want to attend. This way it goes into our system and I have a copy as well.

We also had a problem sending out an email to seniors that had a .net in their email. We are working on this so if you have a friend that usually comes to our STARS clinic and has a .net at the end of their email you might want to give them a call to see if they have received this information. 

Parking: There is paid parking at the resort but if you download this attachment and show the parking attendant you will not have to pay. I will be sending you a new parking pass each week.

Liability form and ID Last season you had to sign a liability form and upload your driver’s license to show you were over 50. Now you only have to do it once . You will sign the form and show us your ID on the first time you attend A STARS clinic to our staff by the Bullwheel. Café. You will not have to do it again for the rest of the season.

We will be meeting at 8:15 am outside the Bullwheel Restaurant up the magic carpet by the Children Sports Center. You must show me your driver’s license and sign a liability form for the season.

If you do not purchase online and you want to purchase at the resort, all tickets and lessons and rentals MUST be purchased up at our Reservation Center at the top of the Bullwheel Carpet. There you will receive your lift ticket, lesson ticket and rentals.

Recommended that you purchase online as we sell out many clinics.

* You cannot purchase at the main ticket window by the parking lot.

Reminder STARS Clinic 1-11-23

 Hi STARS:

 

Just a reminder STARS that we have a Senior Clinic on Wednesday, January 11th at the WEST RESORT!! Don’t forget we will be up at the Bullwheel Café at 8:15 am to check your driver’s license and sign a liability form for the season.

 

We have received 6 inches of new snow from these past storms. We now have 14-24 inches of snow and conditions will be fantastic for Wednesday’s clinic.

 

Make sure you book your lesson online as we sell out on a regular basis. Remember our lifts do not begin to run till 9:00 am.

STARS Update #6

 Hi STARS:

Just a reminder to get ready to tackle a NEW Season in the 2023 STARS Program on Wednesday, January 11^th at the West Resort! All of the instructors are ready and will provide outstanding clinics for you this season. 

 

We will have partly cloudy skies  and temps should be in the high 30’s.Our first clinic should have lots of snow and lots of fun!! We have 20-30 inches so coverage is very good. So, make sure you bring a smile on your face and we will have a great time.

 

Parking:  There is paid parking at the resort but if you download this attachment and show the parking attendant you will not have to pay. I will be sending you a new parking pass each week.

Remember the ski and snowboard groups that you are in are very flexible. If you feel you need to move a little faster we can move you up to that group. Or if you want to move slower, talk with your instructor or myself and we will accommodate you too. We want you to have the BEST experience possible.
