Hi STARS 🌟
Here’s your Monday Update for our 7th SENIOR PROGRAM STARS CLINIC this Wednesday, March 4th at the West Resort.
If you ordered snow… delivery complete! We received more than 3 FEET of fresh snow a few weeks ago, and the mountain is still looking beautiful with 25–37 inches of coverage. In other words, Wednesday is shaping up to be fantastic. Groomers, smiles, and maybe even a few “I meant to ski that line” moments.
New Seniors to our program:
You’ll pick up your rentals and lift ticket at the Main Ticket Window by the parking lot. Once you’ve secured your gear and ticket, hop on the Bullwheel Express (yes, the moving carpet — no poles required!) and ride up to the Ski School area at the Reservation Center outside the Bullwheel Restaurant.
I’ll be there for check-in from 8:15 am to 9:00 am. If you arrive early, that just gives you more time to tell stories about how much steeper the mountain used to be. 😄
About your groups:
Remember, ski and snowboard groups are flexible. Feeling like a speed demon? We can move you up. Want to take it a little slower and enjoy the scenery (and oxygen)? Just talk to your instructor or me. We’re here to make sure you have the BEST experience possible.
Important:
Please purchase your ticket by Monday night so you’re guaranteed a spot for Wednesday, March 4th. We don’t want anyone giving us the “But Bill…” speech in the morning!

Please Note:
If your clinic date was moved due to illness or other reasons, you’ll need to check in at the Main Ticket Windows at the base (next to Guest Services) Wednesday morning. They’ll print your STARS lift ticket and rental voucher (if needed) before you head up to meet me near the Bullwheel Restaurant.
Since your lesson package was moved, you will NOT receive a new QR code that morning — so please have your order number handy to keep things running smoother than our corduroy!
Ski ya Wednesday!
