Hi STARS,

It was beautiful today with lots of sun and few clouds for our 5th Clinic of the season. Senior Program STARS was attended by 75 and held in perfect conditions on 3 feet of NEW snow manicured meticulously by the groomers.

We are expecting snow Friday night into Saturday so this will set up for a great Seniors STARS clinic on 2-13-19.

 Big salute to our NEW Seniors attended today. All 8 had a great time as witnesses by the instructors who taught them in their clinic.

Our indoor clinic this morning by Ron Parody gave you some special insights about how you should tune and wax your skis and snowboards.

Good job, Ron!

Monday Update

Good Afternoon STARS:

Just a Monday Update for our 5th STARS clinic of the season on Wednesday, February 6th at the West Resort. 

We have received 17-22 inches of fresh snow since Saturday. This last storm is expected to last till Tuesday afternoon with additional 6 inches of snow. Wednesday we will have perfect conditions and as of today all roads will be open with no restrictions on Wednesday. Please check the Mountain High website for current road conditions on Wednesday morning.  www.mthigh.com It will be in the 30’s so dress in layers and I know we will have a wonderful time.

Don’t forget to get there early (by 8:00 am) if you need to purchase the lesson, lift ticket or rentals. If you have already registered for online purchases just go ahead and purchase your lesson and lift ticket online right from your own computer. Click the link to pay online:

Reminder STARS Clinic - 2/6/19

Hi STARS:

Just a reminder about our SENIOR PROGRAM STARS 5th CLINIC this coming Wednesday, February 6th at 9:00 am at West Resort.

 

Plan to get there a little early so you can purchase your ticket so you will be on time for your lesson. If you booked your lesson online, just plan on meeting me inside the Big Pines Lodge.

 

Check in will be from 8:00 am – 9:00 am.

 

The weather will be perfect with the temperatures in the high 30's and crystal clear blue skies. It will be cold, so make sure you layer for the clinic. We expect 8-10 inches of snow by Monday. I will keep you update on snow and weather conditions on Monday’s email.

 

Spectrum TV did a video on our own, STARS Instructor Ron Parody last week. Thought I would share what an incredible instructor Ron is each and every day when he teaches the STARS.
