Thank You STARS for Outstanding Season

 Hi STARS,

Today, Senior STARS experienced sunshine and a few clouds during our 10th clinic of the season. We were delighted to have 41 seniors join us for lessons, and everyone had a fantastic time. Additionally, we welcomed 5 new seniors to our group, and based on their feedback, they were thoroughly impressed with their instructor and our program.

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to each and every Senior who dedicated their time and effort to participate in this season's activities. Your commitment and passion do not go unnoticed, both by our instructors and myself. It is your presence that fuels our weekly gatherings here at Mountain High, and for that, we are immensely grateful. Many of you have been with us since the inception of the season, which speaks volumes about your loyalty and enthusiasm.

As we approach the completion of 15 remarkable years of the program, I reflect on the journey with great pride. From our perspective, it has been a truly fantastic program, and our aim is to enhance it even further in the coming year. I kindly request each of you to take a moment and email me one thing you believe we excel at (Positive) and one aspect we can work on (Improve). Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the goals and direction of next year's program. Without your input, we cannot fully develop and evolve the program to meet your needs.

I also want to express my personal gratitude to our exceptional instructors who have shown incredible dedication throughout this season, adapting to numerous changes to ensure the success of our program. Working alongside this outstanding team every Wednesday has been a pleasure, and their commitment is what enables us to cater to the individual requirements of our Seniors. A special thanks to Chris, Allan, Richard, Dave, George, Brenda, Jeff, Danny, Linda, Shane, Vitaliy, Greg, and our subs Josh and Pat.

I must acknowledge the unwavering support of our management, without which the STARS Program would not have thrived for 15 years. Thank you, Karl, Michele, John, and Ben, for providing the resources and backing necessary for the program's success.

Lastly, I want to extend my appreciation to Caleb Lee, our Winter Sports Center Director, whose tireless efforts have contributed significantly to making our WSC the best it can be. His total support behind the STARS Program has not gone unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for it.

Until January 8, 2025… Ski u later,

 Hi STARS,

What a busy day we had in our 8th Clinic of the season. We welcome 48 Seniors today and 6 NEW seniors to the STARS Family.

Early this morning there was police activity on the 15 Freeway which created an issue getting off on 138. We had some late seniors and staff but everything worked out in the end.

After our group photo at 9:30 am we hit the snow and what I saw today were happy Seniors and instructors. When STARS are safe and having fun, it makes teaching so much easier.

It was a beautiful day with blue skies and it did warm up to 50 degree by noon but the snow was just right to receive great coaching from our Senior STARS instructors.

Save the date  (Next week) for our Senior STARS Luncheon on Wednesday, March 20th, at the Bullwheel Grill starting at 12:15 pm. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dean Kease, Atomic State Representative, for organizing an exceptional demo day for our seniors and staff.
