Welcome to the Mountain High Seniors Ski/Snowboard Program (STARS).This program is designed for skiers and snowboarders ages 50 and older with skill levels of beginner to advanced. It was created for those interested in the new movement patterns associated with shaped skis, and/or improving their skiing/snowboard techniques. Each Senior will leave with new skills, new confidence, new acquaintances, and an appreciation of the Mountain High Resort.

Senior Program STARS- 2/24
On a cold, rainy and snowy morning, we had 14 dedicated Seniors today! Even though the weather was not perfect, we all had a great time! The indoor clinic was on Health and Exercise and all of us hit the mountain at 10:00 am. Check out the photos!!
